Gumsaba Boot Camp is a community of healthy, vital, energetic people who love the outdoors. The confines of a gym are of no interest to us! Breathe the fresh air, meet fun people, see beautiful sunrises and enjoy tough drills that will give you a new lease on life.

Gumsaba Coaches are trained to help you find the joy in fitness so you can keep it up for life. Our programs give you a platform to learn and grow and will continually challenge you to be your best. We encourage you to commit to yourself over any one else.

Unlike the gym, we actually want you to come to class! Our individualized programs are designed so that you can work around any injuries you have and still get a killer workout in. Your instructor will help you modify and give you exercises to improve and rehab your injuries.

We would love to have you come by any of our locations and try out a boot camp!

Because we are NOT a gym, we don't have a reception desk or people to greet you. But because we ARE friendly, we just need you to let us know when you want to drop in and we'll get you the exact address, a map and a waiver form.

What results can I expect from Gumsaba Boot Camp?

This depends on your commitment to your fitness. Results will vary based on genetics and nutrition. If you come to boot camp 3 days per week for one month you will notice muscle tone, and a 2-5% increase in muscle mass.

"It takes a lot to get me out of bed at 5am and this class does it. Michelle is the best instructor, she keeps it interesting and gives you a great all-around workout. She incorporates cardio, weights, strength training, stretching, and much more. I love that the class is outside and yes, there are some cold mornings, but it is so worth it. There's nothing like watching the sun come up knowing you are doing something good for yourself and it's early enough that work, kids, etc. can't take it away from you.

How Does Gumsaba Work?

Your first class is free! Sign up for your free class here.

Join as a Limited (3 visits/week) OR Unlimited (up to 6 visits/week) membership. You pay month to month.

Womens-Only, Mens-Only, Co-Ed and Teen Boot Camp Classes offered.

Classes run Monday through Saturday with optional specialized training on specified Sundays*

Memberships are charged in the last week of the month, for the following month. You can join anytime.

You can mix up any classes and locations that you like.

Register for as low as $175/mo and start getting the results you want.

Will I lose weight from Boot Camp?

Loosing weight happens when you burn more calories than you intake. You will gain muscle tissue at camp. To lose fat, you need to change your eating habits.

What can I expect to do at Boot Camp?

We do an even mix of strength, endurance and cardio training. We keep it fresh with new workouts every week, and make sure that you get a great calorie burn at every class. From strength training, to intervals, to circuits to TRX, Bosu and Kettle Bell training, our coaches employ the most effective modern techniques and equipment.

 

What do I bring to Boot Camp?

You need a mat (purchase one here), weights and water for boot camp. Clothing must be weather appropriate.

You MUST have a signed waiver ((( DOWNLOAD IT HERE ))) to attend your first class.

Gumsaba Boot Camp offers ongoing athletic conditioning programs for women, men and teens. Our dynamic, fun and functional instruction will motivate you to achieve your goals. We keep our drills fresh and mix it up so won't get bored or stuck in a rut. Our experienced trainers are constantly learning and udpating their certification so that we can help you to your fitness goals with the most efficient and up to date methods and equipment.

Our athletic conditioning programs will give you a burst of energy throughout your day, give you better rest, and quite honestly give you bragging rights! It turns out that one of the biggest challenges in sticking with a workout is your mental approach – what you THINK when you work out matters more than you think! If you go into something with a bad attitude you will not get the same results. Finally, there is some science to back that theory up! Some people will always look at the dark side of everything; please don’t be that person. Don’t rob yourself of an opportunity to meet your higher self and realize new heights. Be the person that grows to the light, that has trained themselves to look on the bright side. Be the person that others look to for hope in hard times; be the example. Its not as hard as we think to be POSITIVE, but it takes practice in all moments. It is simply not possible to go around being negative in your life and suddenly become enlightened.
